I had an absolutely delightful stay! The delicious home-cooked breakfast was a highlight, especially the full English that left me craving more. The cozy decor mixed with the rustic charm created a vibrant atmosphere, making me feel like I was part of a local community rather than just a guest. 🌟

I had a delightful stay at New Crown Inn. The Deluxe King Room was beautifully decorated, and I loved the comfy bed that made it a joy to relax in after a long day. The tea tray with kettle and biscuits was a lovely touch, and the private bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Plus, having free parking was a significant advantage!
Check-in took longer than expected due to absent staff.

Charming stay with excellent local dining
I had a lovely experience staying in a Deluxe Double Room with an inviting atmosphere and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was particularly memorable with high-quality ingredients. the soundproofing between rooms could be improved, as I could hear conversations from my neighbors.

I enjoyed my stay last summer. The food was excellent, and the staff made my visit comfortable. I especially liked the clean and powerful shower. It was a nice place for an overnight stop while cycling through the area. I am single and appreciate places where I can unwind and enjoy a good meal.
The bathroom floor had a gentle slope that was a bit tricky after some drinks. The TV had some issues in the middle of the night.

A Hidden Culinary Gem!
Our one-night stay was delightful. The service was outstanding, from the warm welcome to the attentive staff. Dinner was a highlight. the Cumberland sausage and mash was heavenly, paired with the best fish cake I've ever tasted. Don't miss the banoffee pie—it's a must!

The lovely location offers a great mix of modern and traditional decor, with good beers and excellent food, including freshly baked bread. The room was crisp, clean, and well-decorated, complete with a good shower. the bed was lower than usual, which might be an issue for some, and while the owner was helpful, the overall vibe felt a bit quiet due to low occupancy during my stay.

pleasant stay with minor room hiccup
The room featured a tidy and modern decor that was quite inviting. Dinner service was efficient, and the steak exceeded my expectations in taste and quality.
The room did not have a garden view as I had hoped.

Just a solid selection for a weekend outing in Appleby-in-Westmorland with great value for money. The bed was plush but a bit too soft for my taste, so ask for a firmer one next time. Try arriving a little earlier, as the check-in process could take a bit.
